The Process

Here is how we approach new home builds, also referred to as ‘knock-down rebuilds’. These steps give you a snapshot of what lies ahead, so you understand what you can expect when building with O’Malley’s Constructions.

1. Meet with Jack O’Malley

During this meeting some basic information will be covered:

Has council approval been acquired?
When would you wish to commence construction?
Are there any site specifics which may not be clear on the initial plans?( council assets, street access, neighbour relationships )
What’s the approximate budget that you have in mind?

2. Pre contract Phase

During this phase A concept quotation will be provided, in which we can filter through and adjust according to your preferences and desires.

3. Contract and schedule Phase

A project timeline schedule will be provided and dates/ construction slot availability selected.

The contract can be drawn and provided for you to review.

4. Building Phase

At this stage, all final details and specifications have been provided and resolved.

Your invited to attend the pre determined site meeting and watch your dream home come to fruition.
