Beautiful Renovation and extension.
This Dulwich Hill project started with a beautiful free standing brick dwelling. The clients wanted to maintain the character of the existing front facade and transform the rest of the property into a contemporary family home.
Designed by Redshift Architecture & Art, this build consisted of demolition, new slab and ground works, steel frame and masonry structure.
The sturdy design allowed for a large open plan dining and living area, two new bathrooms and a spacious garage with attic storage.
Clear communication and transparency paired with diligent procurements of finishes, resulted in high level of trust from all parties involved.
